I’ve been making my own healthy “slop mix” as I call it, for years now.
Mine contains (all organic of course!) – cinnamon, coconut oil, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, grass fed butter (or MCT oil), a hint of Spring Dragon Gynostemma tea to moisten it, and a bunch of thawed out raspberries. Occasionally I add some grass fed New Zealand whey protein (no sugar or additives).
And the slop mix is amazing!!!
