Vesta, the virgin energy, that which is so pure that cannot be transmuted but kept alive as the source of our fire. Vesta invites us to observe the feminine in us, that energy that only nurtures and sustains life in its most creative expression. Vesta is the second object with more mass in the asteroid belt and the third in size. It is the first of the four largest asteroids visited by a spacecraft. She is seen as the virgin goddess of the hearth, home, and family.
This meditation inspires meditators to embrace the art of observing the Universe, in the reflection of the Self. The exercise to observe breath & sensations, in resonance with Vesta frequencies, has the intention to observe our feminine qualities and awaken our highest virtue, that which purifies us to the deepest levels of the mind, with the understanding that insight and wisdom only happens within our own experiential truth.
